ZoeM International exists to prove that India’s farmers, formulators and artisans deserve a direct seat at the global table — not a place at the back of someone else’s supply chain.

We are building a vertically integrated export ecosystem where ancient Indian agriculture, Ayurveda, and craftsmanship meet modern systems: data-driven sourcing, full traceability from farm to lab report, and zero unnecessary middlemen.

But we’re not stopping at our own exports. We’re building the tools — lead generation engines, supplier databases, traceability systems, compliance trackers — that every Indian exporter needs and few can afford. If we build it right for ZoeM, we build it for the next thousand exporters behind us.

Is this a remote role or do I need to be based somewhere specific?
The International Sales Manager roles are fully remote, within your assigned region. ZoeM is headquartered in India, but the entire commercial team is distributed — no relocation, no quarterly fly-ins, no travel obligation. Other ZoeM roles (sourcing, QA, logistics) are based in Karnataka; if that’s what you’re after, watch this page for future openings.
What does “real ownership” actually look like day-to-day?
You’ll run your function with minimal sign-offs. If you’re handling buyer relationships in Indonesia, you own that relationship — pricing conversations, follow-ups, the works. We review outcomes, not how you spent your Tuesday.
I don’t have export industry experience — can I still apply?
For the International Sales Manager roles we need 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with hands-on exposure to international trade — Incoterms, LCs, export documentation. If you’re strong on B2B fundamentals but new to agri-specifically, that’s fine; we’ll teach you the produce side. If you’ve never touched export documentation, this isn’t the role for you yet.
How does the AI-native part actually work in practice?
You’ll use AI tools daily — for lead research, documentation drafts, market intelligence, content. It’s not optional or “extra.” If a task can be done faster with AI assistance, that’s the default, freeing you to focus on relationships, negotiation, and decisions that actually need a human.
What’s the growth path here?
We’re targeting 25 countries in the next 24 months across Agriculture, Ayurveda, and Art exports. Early team members who deliver will take on larger categories, markets, or functions as we scale — this isn’t a role that stays static if you don’t want it to.
